So we saw the Oscars last night and gasped at the gorgeous couture gowns that Hollywood wore . Most of these dresses cost 20,000 and up. The total for an average Oscar look complete with all the accessories can easily set back a person $30,000. Not Kidding. So here's a way to feel glamorous without spending a significant amount.
